Homemade Jelly

I recently made, home made Jelly. It turned out great and my family loves it. I made Strawberry and Pineapple. I was not going to make pineapple but my husband insisted I try to make it so I googled pineapple jelly and found a recipe for it and it turned out great.

Photos with my new camera. I bought an new camera a couple of weeks ago. I got a Canon and it is one of the larger cameras that you can change out the lens. It is so much fun taking pictures of my family. I have a lot to learn about my camera but for now I am able to take photos using the automatic setting.

My Garden

So I decided to grow my own garden this year. I do not have a place in my yard for a garden so I did it in pots. I am growing herbs, zucchini, chilies, and tomatoes. I is going pretty well so far. My mom and grandma have help me with a lot of it and so thanks to them that is why my garden is doing well. Here are the Tomatoes

Broken Camera

So now that are camera is broke, we are on the search for a professional, high quality camera. I want to get into photography. Maybe not professionally but for myself. I am very interested in it. It may take some time before I am able to post pictures again. Hopefully we go looking this weekend. If anyone know of a good camera please let me know.

We went to Mexico at the end of June. We went to Alex's cousins 15th Birthday party. In Mexico when a girl turns 15 from little girl to women they have a HUGE party for her, almost like a wedding-- she wears a nice white dress and they have dinner and dancing. We got all dressed up--the boys wore cowboy boots and jeans and I wore a nice black dress. The bad thing is my camera broke just after this picture so I did not get very many pictures in Mexico. But the boys looked sooooo cute in their boots. I hope to get a new camera soon so I can keep up on my blog. It was a nice trip and good to see all of the family again but it is sure a long trip with three little ones.

Swmming in Mexico

At the end of June we took a small vacation to Mexico to visit Alex's family. We went to these filter were fresh water comes form the hills into this swim area. The water is so fresh and clean. Alex did a lot of swimming here when he was little. The boys loved it as well. We stayed there almost all day. Ate some fish for lunch and did more swimming. Jordan tried to make a dam were the water was come out of the hill. It was really cute. Jordan did not want to leave at the end of the day. Maybe next time we will have to camp over.

So Jordan finally took his floaties off and tried swimming. Yes and he did it. He was so happy he could swim we stayed in the water almost all day. He did not want to leave.

4th of July 2009

4th of July 2009. We went to the Kaysville parade with my sister Ange and her kids. The kids loved the candy from the parade.

We went ot Kangaroo Zoo for Jordans Birthday Day. They have all these big blow up slides. They had a lot of fun!

Mother Day 2009!!

Mothers day 2009!! We all went to a park in Provo Canyon for a picnic! We went on a bike ride, played ball and ate lots of food. It was sure fun.

Mom and Kason trip to Colorado

Mine and Kason trip to Colorado to see the new baby girl--- Brielle. Kasons first plane ride and he did really good. We had fun. It was really nice to see my sister again. We did some scrapbooking and a little shopping in between taking care of the little ones. Jace and Jordan stayed home with Alex for some good quality boy time. I think the really had a good time together but were so happy to see us.

The boys are so fun they always wanted this red chair at the same time. They always wanted the toy that the other one had. It was a battle for the toys. Cute boys

Childrens Museum

We took Kason and Finn to the Children's Museum. They have tons of fun stuff for kids. They had a lot of fun.
